Es muy sencillo:
1.- Hay que poner este firmware para Neo V (MT11): 4.0.1.A.0.283 World
2.- Hacerse Root, muy sencillo con el mismo FlashTool (y el teléfono en Depuración por USB activo así como fuentes desconocidas)
3.- Ahora que eres root, instalar Buil Prop (Te recomiendo el BPEv1.1.2)
4.- Encuentren los siguientes valores:
ro.product.name=
ro.build.fingerprint=
ro.semc.version.cust=
ro.semc.version.cust_revision=
Encontraran respectivamente algo así 1256-4585 R4D, hay que remplazarlo por la versión de software que traía su teléfono.
5.- Como saber cual traía su teléfono si ya lo cambio, sencillo si aun tienen la memory card original y no la han formateado.
6.- En la memory card buscar el archivo siguiente default-capability.xml, estará en raíz. Abranlo y busque algo así al final:

7.- La versión en este caso es 1256-0614_R6D
8.- Edite la de su telefoneo con el Build Prop, reinicie.
9.- Compruebe accediendo así:
*#*#7378423#*#*
-> Service info
-> Software info
-> Encontrar la linea que dice:
Customization Version: XXX-XXX_XXX
10.- Abra el PC Companion, y dele reparar.
11.- Listo
PD: La versión es de mi teléfono (1256-0614_R6D), es para Telcel Mexico
Si quieren guardar la firmware para FlashTool sigan lo siguiente (me dio flojera traducirlo)
1) Get this (SEUS) (Update Service Sony)
2) Flash your phone with the latest software available using SEUS.
3) Go to C:\Program Files\Sony Ericcson\Update Service\db\13740270\blob_fs\
4) Copy the 2 largest files you'll find there to C:\Flashtool\leajian (I assume you created there a folder called leajian)
5) Run FlashTool
6) Click Advanced > Decrypt Files
7) Source folder : C:\Flashtool\leajian
8) From Files, select all (Click & Ctrl + A) and click -> to move the 2 files to Files to convert
9) Click OK
10) Wait patiently till it finishes...
11) From Folder list, select all (Click & Ctrl + A) and click -> to move the 2 files to Firmware content
12) If it is ICS, tick the Disable Final Verification Check
13) On Device write the model [ex. Xperia Neo V (MT11i)], on Version write the firmware version and/or the Android version [ex. 4.1.A.0.562 (ICS_4.0.3)], on Branding write the region and your name if you wish [ex. Greek (by Leajian)].
14) Click OK
15) On Device Selection choose the device it is for (ex. MT11i)
16) Wait very patiently...
17) When it finishes the .ftf file is located on C:\Flashtool\firmwares
