Hey people I just talked to HTC Greece yesterday and they confirmed that the OTA for ICS and Sense 3.6 will start in mid June for Desire S and will be completed by the end of June for Greece
They said they will start shipping it some time late next week based on the serial number of your device (starting from the older serial to the younger serial).
I think this is good news...
