Hello everyone. I switched on my tab today and had some problems with my browser, the one that came pre installed on my tab. I've never had problems with it since I bought it, two-three months ago but today it started acting really weird. I was browsing a bit and all of a sudden I get an error message, saying that 'The application 'browser' (proces com.android.browser) has unexpectedtly stopped. Try again.' So I did. Again. And again. I'm not good with computers when it comes to things like this, so it's probably something obvious that I missed. But then I tried reading my PDF files and it said that they were all corrupt... And then I tried shutting it off, see if that helped. When I started it up again it said that 'com.google.proccess.gapps' had stopped and that 'android.process.acore had stopped... I'm at a loss here. Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do about it? Thanks in advance for your time

Hi, Did you also try to soft reset your tablet by (paperclip) pressing the tiny reset button? It's kind of a forced reboot while having your data/settings kept safe.

Have you tried an soft reset of the device via the settings of the device? When this is the case and the product remains to fail then it is possible that there is an issue with the device itself. We would recommend in this case (with an valid sales receipt) to contact your dealer (where the product has been purchased) to have the unit tested. If the dealer also notes an issue with the device then your dealer will provide an proper solution for you.
Met vriendelijke groet, Brian ____________
