Dime paso a paso lo que haces, no des nada por sabido. Has conectado el movil encendido despues de instalar los drivers?? Algun paso esta fallando.

EDITO: Ya estoy subiendo el pack con el flashtool 0.8.0, el parche para actualizar a la 0.8.1 y las instrucciones. En este cuando instalas los drivers que hay en la carpeta del flashtools ya aparece el xperia u. Os aviso cuando este subido.
