cuando bajo el programa ese de hardspl y lo ejecuto siempreme aparece al final

y total no me deja instalarle ese hardspl...
se los agradeceria en verdad si alguien me pudiera ayudar con este inconveniente
y si sirve de algo, en modo bootloader aparece
