Just under your post a user has uploaded an original Phonesky.apk (Market/Play)

Try to download it and place it to /system/app/ and give the correct permissions (You can use Root explorer)

Then reboot and if it doesn't work, try cleaning cache and dalvik cache in Recovery

This file is for fix black market. Copy this file /system/app and delete file "vending.apk", after install and you will have white market

NO! Es Phonesky.apk! Si tu has subido la app!

Vending eran las anteriores versiones, ahora es Phonesky.apk (no toques nada que se llame Vending...)
