The link to download your ROM with English Launcher doesn't work. Would you tell me please how can I replace this launcher app with other one? I have replaced //system/app/Launcher.apk with desired one and after that I tried to install this rom - unfortunately, it didn't want to start. I'm very curious how did you change this to English version. -And I'm very sorry for not using your native language on this forum but I barely understand meaning of single Spanish words (this is the main reason why I want to change my Launcher ;)

Sorry, but i don't know if i really understand you, but i think you want to say that you need this ROM into English. If yes, you only must change the language at the language system configuration. If I change the language into English all my configuration it is English too
