okay guys now i did Jac's new hero 2.3
here is what i removed:
weather apk
weather widget
most of the media files(kept 1 tone for each notifications)
removed google maps since you can download from market!
some lock screen wallpapers since you can add your own
runs very good overclock to 383
here is my results:

PS I will keep trying to remove stuff that i dont use to get more memory(but i dont want to remove the wrong ones!) we atleast need 42mb so it can run like a good jf build!
