Con Fastboot en teléfonos unlocked suele dar CID: none (y en algunos locked también)
En lugar de Fastboot utilizad la consola de comandos remota, es decir:
1- adb shell getprop ro.cid
O bien:
1- adb shell
2- getprop ro.cid
O como dice Jureca, también podéis utilizar el CID Getter (se descarga del Market).
Por cierto mi CID es: VODAP304
