This includes kernel with vibrator fix from vpupkin. Credits to him for it.
I also changed vibrator patterns, but I'm unsure whether they might be too strong or not with the vibrator fix. Need some feedback on that. Other than that it includes all kernel updates and CM9 updates since the last build.
