Aqui hay una guia, supongo que bajando la ROM correcta de MotoDev, los pasos serán los mismos:
adb reboot bootloader
Xoom will then reboot into bootloader screen
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem lock
Use volume rocker to select ok and then xoom will reboot.
At this point you should be back to a factory state which includes being locked and unrooted.
