Te recuerdo que es una interfaz para Android y no para Windows Mobile.

Portar un programa para otro sistema operativo es practicamente imposible sin tener el código fuente y aun así tiene mucho trabajo por problemas de librerías.

Es verdad lo que has dicho, pero te olvidas de un detalle, este interfaz ha sido desarrollado por HTC, expertos tanto en Android como en WM. De hecho ya han mostrado publicamente su intención de portar este interfaz a WM en el futuro...
