He conseguido hacer backup de la SD externa desde el recovery, en "Mount USB storage".
He vuelto a usar Odin para meterle una rom oficial de 3 archivos y pit y no hay manera. Esta es la lista de acciones de Odin

Creo que no hay fallo ninguno pero al reiniciar sigue con la misma rom, el mismo problemala misma configuración... como si solo hubiera reiniciado.
