Bueno, yo no soy de Archos pero supongo que el ticket más la garantía es suficiente. La garantía es dos años para todos los productos, así que todas las G9 vendidas están en garantía.
Si quieres preguntar, yo lo haría así:
I have received an email about how to send my archos to be repaired. I have read that I need to send the copy of the bill, but I don't have it. Can I send you a copy of the purchase ticket and the guarantee card?
