About the google market/play issue:
Seems that Google is selective blocking this. If this has probably to do Android 4.0 or update to Google play
As you already know market(= called Google Play now) we do not officially support this due to 2.x (market may only be installed on “mobile phones”) and for 3.0/4.0 you need to apply gms license(google certification) / procedure to get the device certified.
We have tried numerous times to contact google about this but ever correspondence has never been replied by google.
So currently regarding market part we provide it “as is” until we are able to find a solution for this further more we cannot give any support regarding this.
4.0 has just been released so there will be updates coming which may improve overall performance

es decir, que es un problema con las licencias de google, que pasa mucho de pov, y que intentarán hacer una chapucilla con actualizaciones pero que no garantizan nada... vamos, de traca. Claro, que si anuncian la tablet sin market se la comen con patatas...
