for spanishman,for notification bar,you must back in ofical 2.3.5,first dload folder,and than you must put file from vendor folder,same in dload folder.
and install like ofical rom,you must put vendor file,and you have notification,even in klurosu mod.

Y eso que lo ponian en el manual de Huawei.
