A mi me contestaron cuando les consulte lo de mi problema y me dijeron que actualizara el software, mi tablet traia una version de noviembre del año pasado y me pasaron el enlace de la ultima, que por lo visto es de 31 de diciembre pasado.
te pongo el enlace y la forma de actualizar. En cuanto sepamos como meterle el ICS lo comentamos. De momento ai tienes la actualizacion del software que te he dicho:
1) Download and extract the new software;

2) Copy the following files to the microSD Card root directory;
Please keep the memory clear before copy process
factory_update_param.aml,
u-boot-aml-ucl.bin,
uImage_recovery,
f11ref-ota-eng.bestidear.zip (no need to extract)
3) Plug in the microSD Card. Make sure the T863 is turned off and connect the T863 with a reliable power source;
4) Press and hold the Volume [+] and Power button until the T863 turn on;
5) T863 will be updated automatically and the process will be done in matter of few minutes.
Once done the T863 will reboot itself;
6) After the update process is completed, the T863 will automatically shut down and reboot;
* CAUTION: DO NOT POWER-OFF THE T863 DURING THE FIRMWARE UPGRADE PROCESS
