Hay cambios de importancia en la actualización 2.2.3 o mejor continuar con la 2.1.13?

Sin lugar a dudas que si.
Te explico los updates.
a.b.c (2.1.3)
a = Version pricipal.
b = Modificacion seria.
c = Actualizacion simple, solucion algun bug.
El ejemplo lo tienes en Apple... por ejemplo con el iOS 5.0.1.
Contando con que nosotros tenemos la 2.1.13
Estamos hablando de no solo mejoras en cuanto a Bugs, si no que tambien alguna modificacion importante de alguna aplicacion como poco.

Lo primero que veo de interes es que funciona ya correctamente la grabacion de llamadas
El principal problema es que no tenemos OTA de ninguna manera, por lo que no podemos obtener las ultimas actualizaciones
