Buenas! A ver me estoy calentando toda la tarde la cabeza, antes de nada decir:
Versión de Android: 2.3.5
Versión de Software: 2.13.401.2
He seguido todos los pasos de htcdev.com pero tengo todo el tiempo el mismo problema (lo detallo con imágenes):
Descargo el RUU correspondiente (
www.htcdev.com/ruu/PG7610000_Marvel_hboot_1.08.0099_20111216.exe) y lo ejecuto (tengo todos los drivers instalados previamente). Me dice que tengo que actualizar:
Acepto y me dice que voy a pasar de 2.13 a 2.17:
Me sale esta ventana:
el teléfono se queda con el fondo negro y aparece el logo de HTC como si estuviera yendo todo correctamente y de repente me aparece este error:
El teléfono se reinicia y ya está.
He estado leyendo en xda y he encontrado esto:

Well as you can see I updated my wildfire S 2 or 3 days ago with OTA, so now when ever I try to flash the RUU from htcdev.com it fails be because "I Have a newer ROM version [ERROR 191]"
so I extracted the Zip file from the RUU and flashed from SDcard and it worked 
!

2-Copy it to your Sdcard
3-Shutdown the phone
4-Start into Bootloader (Volume down + power)
5-Wait for it to Load the Zip file 
6-chose yes (volume up)

Pero tampoco me funciona, ocurre lo mismo continuamente.
¿A alguien le ocurre lo mismo o me puede echar una mano?
