These dll files help your Omnia (along with .net compact framework) play accelorometer/sensor apps that were designed to work on the HTC range of phones. Some versions may have a different screen resolution as they are designed for a different phone obvioulsy. Some of them have been modified to work on Omnia, google the apps and see if any newer versions.

For Teeter, these 2 files are not required

Y funciona;
por active sync o actinavando ver ocultos y copian los dos archivos (HTCAPI.dll y HTCSensorSDK.dll)
a la carpeta "\Windows" de su PPC y con eso basta para hacer andar algunos, no todos, los programas..
