He encontrado una solución pero no sé cómo aplicarla, la he sacado de reddit, literalmente en inglés dice lo siguiente:
"Hi to all. I have the same problem from about 2 months. I was searching for a solution until this morning: I found it! It's not a optimal solution, but it works. I noticed that the app "Security" (not the system app, the one in the drawer) is now in charge of the block... Uninstalled updates of this app and the caller block works again. Hope in a new version without this problem soon from Poco... Best regards!"
No sé qué aplicación de seguridad se refiere en un "cajón". Básicamente es desinstalar las actualizaciones de esa app. Si alguien sabe los pasos lo agradeceríamos muchos.
