Bad News Guys: i went to service center, they changed the motherboard, flashed 2.3.5 and issue remained. We tested the issue on 3 more I9003 there but issue was in all phones. We are back to square one. Service center has informed their trainers who have informed samsung development team and will get back to me next week.
Lets hope they have something positive
