Acabo de encontrar esto en otro foro de internet.

I have realme x50 pro 5g and I updated the operating system to Android 11 with the new launcher realme ui 2.0 (version RMX2075PU_11_C.19).
Since the update, every time the screen is locked, Android Auto stops responding.
The problem is always on display. Once you cancel it the problem of the frozen screen in Android Auto will be solved.
I hope the team responsible for fixing the problem will release the fix already in the next update, because this solution is temporary and inconvenient to use.
The problem also exists in oppo devices.

Al parecer el problema es el always on display y basta con desconectarlo!
