Al parecer si tendra actualizacion a ICS, pero no se sabe cuando, esto se publico en XDA de un mensaje publicado por Motorola a un usuario:

I'm glad that You like our devices but I'm very sorry to say that I
cannot give You more answers than this :

MOTODefy+ has an Android 4.0.1 "prebeta" build that was sent to
customer services in India, Japan and United States. It's currently
available only to our services for testing purposes. We don't know
will it be available for all regions and will it have MotoBLUR
inteface built-in.
