"Samsung Health Monitor App and ECG Feature are available only on Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2 when paired with Samsung Galaxy phones with Android N or above. So if you have another android device you're unable to Download the Samsung Health Monitor app... I have a Pixel Phone, did the update for my watch, I've got the Samsung Health App. But unable to download the Health Monitor app. Great way to treat your paying customers Samsung. So unless you have a Samsung Phone, The rest of us are SOL. Not sure if we can side load the app and have it function properly..."
