I see your phone is in roaming, it's always like this or not? see the small r above the signal bar it indicate that is in roaming.
Try to flash the original Yoigo rom from the phone and then flash GGR trough recovery!
Maybe is just a bad install,cause the GGR is not set to wipe data. Or try to put CM7 this rom wipe's all the data and install the new recovery, after that just flash GGR but first wipe data/cache/dalvik
