Creo que tienes que ir a ajustes/pantalla/pantalla ambiente y activar la opción de Notificaciones Nuevas.
A parte creo que también en ajustes/aplicaciones y notificaciones/notificaciones y en Notificaciones En La Pantalla De Bloqueo marcar la primera opción de Mostrar Notificaciones Importantes y Otras Notificaciones
