We finally know there isn't anything called as hardbrick for our device. Basically it's this way when someone flashes bad recovery image device tries to boot into broken recovery due to which it appears blank and it loops back. Holding power key restarts power cycle and it still loops to recovery again lol. To fix this some users tried Miflash Pro/Sp Flash tools for which DA Mode is Power + Volume Up and lol it's for booting to recovery. To fix this you will either have to hold volume down key only (Yes no power key) and it should go to fastboot as usual so you can flash stock recovery or you can also let the device drain it's battery it will start again
