re-enabled tvout. it seems that many people use that functionality so I will keep it enabled until I finish making MHL a module.
disabled USB_SEC_WHITELIST in v2.2. I don’t remember when I have enabled it again. I will just comment it out in Kconfig to prevent this mistake again
