Empty (erase the contents) of your miniSD card from the Windows Mobile file explorer or format it from your computer using a card reader(on most of the cases you can skip this step).
Extract the .NBH file from your prefered ROM upgrade: In windows use winrar (right click) to extract the contents of the exe file. In Linux / MacOS use cabextract.
Rename the .NBH file to TRINIMG.nbh and copy it to the root folder of your miniSD card.
With miniSD card inserted on the phone, start the bootloader (hold Power button on right side and Camera button at same time and stick with stylus in RESET on bottom).
You should see the screen pictured on the left, confirm flashing on screen by pressing the power button.
Flashing might hang after some time but this is normal. Just wait. Complete flash takes about 30 minutes, so check your battery or connect to charger before the flashing process starts.
When flashing completes soft-reset your device.
For normal (non preproduction) devices keep in mind that if the CID does not match the flashing will not work. The CID for each ROM is listed on the Trinity Upgrades page. You can see your device's CID using info 2 bootloader command or using GetDeviceData.exe
SuperCID devices are able to flash any NBH image using this method.
Basicamente viene a decir:
- Borra los contenidos de tu tarjeta miniSD
- Saca el fichero con extension .NBH de la actualizacion de HTC: Con el winrar, pinchando con el boton derecho sobre la actualizacion de HTC le dices que lo extraiga (yo le diria que lo sacase a una carpeta)
- Renombra el fichero con extension .NBH a TRINIMG.nbh y copialo a la tarjeta miniSD (que deberia estar vacia, osea que copias el fichero a la raiz de la tarjeta)
- Con la tarjeta introducida en el telefono, arranca el "bootloader" (presiona a la vez el boton de encendido y el de la camara, mientras mantienes pulsados los dos botones con el stylus le haces un RESET).
- Deberias ver en la pantalla algo como "PRESS POWER BUTTON TO START UPDATE IMAGE", presiona el boton de encendido para iniciar la actualizacion
- El flasheado se puede colgar despues de un rato pero es normal. SOLO ESPERA. El flasheado lleva unos 30 minutos, antes de iniciar todo el proceso verifica que la bateria tiene almenos el 50% de carga (a ojo) y que lo tienes conectado con el cargador de pared.
- Cuando el flasheo termine haz un soft-reset.
Tienes que meterle un firmware del mismo idioma que tenia en un principio.
