1- yes there's a 0409 DLL in the /program files/XperiaCamera/ folder, try renaming the new one (for spanish is 0c0a) to your country/ language (I posted a full languages codes list on the Youtube app thread)
2- for geotagging, I first updated quickgps, then got a full sat fix with google, and then I tested the camera."
