Gracias por responder, si activado el almacenamiento masivo, Origenes desconocidos activado, Depuracion USB activado y conect. automat. MSC activado ( he probado en desactivado)
Pero siempre igual.
Creo que tengo los driver bien por al actualizar funciona perfecto y con el flasboot tambien va perfecto.
No se, si le pasa lo mismo algun compañero.
Donde puedo encontrar los drivers del Xperia Neo, ya no se que mas probar.

(4) [OPTIONAL] increase screen timeout to 10 minutes
(5) connect USB cable to PHONE and then connect to PC
(6) skip "PC Companion Software" prompt on device
