Yo hago lo siguiente
Reinicio en Fastboot
escribo comandos
C:\>cd adb

C:\adb>fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

"reboot" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo,
programa o archivo por lotes ejecutable.

C:\adb>fastboot reboot
rebooting...

finished. total time: 0.016s

C:\adb>
Ahora lo apago y enciciendo para el TWPR pero se abre el MI-RECOVERY 3.0

El comando correcto es "fastboot boot twrp.img" o en tu caso, "fastboot boot recovery.img"

De todos modos, aunque pongas el comando correcto, posiblemente te reiniciara en el recovery original. Allí, debes reiniciar en fastboot y repetir el proceso
