Yo al final me puse en contacto con el desarrollador de ACR y me contestó casi al instante, junto a un enlace que te envia a Samsung Apps y te pone "Actualizar ACR", así lo hice y me vuelve a funcionar.:
"Due to high volume of email we are unable to respond quickly. We are sorry.
Please remove and reinstall ACR and restart your phone before anything else. This solves many issues. Your recordings will be safe.

Google has a new permission policy that prohibits call log permission usage by call recording apps including ACR (both Pro and Free versions are affected).
This policy affects all call recording apps. No call recording app can access incoming or outgoing phone number.
In order to help you manage numbers we have added “Edit number” feature to ACR. Just tap on a recording to edit the number.
We have also released a version of ACR with call log permission called “ACR Unchained” on Samsung Galaxy Apps, Huawei AppGallery, XDA-Developers’ Labs App Store and popular sites like APK Mirror.
Please tap on the following links to download “ACR Unchained” directly from your phone’s official app store. ACR Unchained will accept ACR Pro License as usual.
