There is a bug in Change Order off togles in quickpanel. If you put show icons with text or without it will always shown text and when you put in how much icons will you have 4,5,6,7,1,2 it always show 3 icons with text. And there is a bug in Change settings menu. When you install Galaxy blu it show from Criskelo. The folder contains the same icon as Criskelo

tomorrow i check it but i think you have problem with java. Reinstall java in your pc. Today i try this option with text and without text and in all my test...ok. Anyway...tomorrow i'll try it .
