First, install an application called applanet, then use that applanet to find flash player 10.2, download it. Open your root explorer and find a folder named applanet/download and find flash player 10.2 apk files. Copy that file onto your system/app folder, change the permission then reboot.
Now, you have installed flash player 10.2.
Bueno pues eso, parece facil y no se pierde mucho.
Eso si debes ser root para poder entrar en las carpetas del sistema.
