Por lo que leo algo parecido a esto, pero mi rom tiene 66.250 kb => 64,6Mb, creo que eso es correcto ¿CÓMO LO VEIS?

You have an Elf and - if you have an older SPL version - it cannot flash a ROM less than 50MB. Either upgrade to the latest Hard SPL or flash from SD card (rename to ELF0IMG.nbh and put on an empty FAT32-formatted SD card).
The other reason is, you probably changed some registry entries which contained syntax errors while cooking a ROM. Rebuild the ROM with correct registry entries and flash again.

Parece que era cuestión del tamaño aún no llegando a 65 MB, la he bajado a 61,3 y parece que están flaseando, ya va por el 38% y antes no llegó al 5%
