- Activar USB debugging y OEM... y desbloquear el bootloader con Mi Unlock. (tú ya lo tienes).
- Arrancar con fastboot (power + down vol) y flashear TWRP con fastboot [NO cerrar el bootloader]. Reiniciar.
- Entrar en el recovery TWRP (power + up vol) y formatear data y wipear cache, dalvik y system (pero NO persist, internal ni recovery).
- Desde TWRP instalar la ROM (*).
- Transferir Magisk tool al teléfono y flashearlo desde TWRP.
- Reiniciar
Algunas ROMS ya incluyen el Magisk, y sólo te quedaría meter luego la apk.
