Mira lo que pasa que estaba revisando los post en xda respecto a gingerreal y alguien le escribio al creador de la rom los siguiente:

I installed ginger real like this:
1. I formatted 13.90gb fat32 on sd card, and 1gb ext4 partition after that,
2. I used KPW to base,
3. wipe cache and factory reset,
4. CWM install,
5. Ginger real v1.4 install
6. a2sd settings (zipaling on, apps are on sd and moved to dalvik cache on sd-ext)
7. i am using every possible setting in tweaks manager except cpu governer
But i still have lags.

y el creador de gingerreal le contesto:
"You have to disable everything from tweak manager and apply it
Then reboot tweak manager clashes with jupa engine"
y despues le preguntaban que entonces por que no desintalaba tweak manager ya que no se utiliza y el respondio que no era facil eliminarlo ya que era parte del kernel, por lo que da a entender que tweak manager no se utiliza en esta rom si no que se utiliza jupa engine y la configuracion se realizaria modificando el archivo tweak.prop ubicado en system
Entonces cuando lei eso me entro esa duda del tweak manager.
En relacion a gingerreal 1.4 si ya salio.
