almost every smart phone user is facing the problem of bad battery backup but do you guys know you can fix it to some extent with these simple tricks which will help you to save unwanted battery drainage. So just have a look at these.
- turn off location (settings>additional settings>privacy>location)
- don't keep too many apps running in the background ( force close them when you ain't using them)
- hide system animations (settings > battery> hide system animations)
- turn off data connection when not using it
- turn off auto starting of apps from security app ( security > permissions manager > auto start app)
- don't use phone while charging ( if you use it the battery cells won't be charged efficiently which will cause quicker battery drain)
- use original charger and data cable (it ensures proper charging )
- keep the phone screen down and remove cover/case while charging (it will protect your phone and battery from overheating and it will ensure that the battery charges in a better way)
- use mi battery saver ( settings >battery> manager battery apps usage )
note : tap on off 7-8 times it will unlock an additional option called ultimate which is you need to select
- clean cache and ram ( you can set it under battery saver settings present in then security app to after 10 minutes )
- turn on battery saver schedule from security app
- turn off auto brightness ( set the brightness manually as per your need , but it's better to keep it under 10% to 40% when inside
- turn off WiFi scanning ( settings >WiFi >advanced settings> scanning always available
- turn off auto time and date update ( settings> additional settings> date and time > automatic data and time / automatic time zone)
- turn off sync ( settings > sync sync manually when needed )
- manually select network towers
- enable silent mode when continuously using phone for chatting etc.
- don't use live wallpapers
- turn off animation scale from developer options ( settings >about >miui click 7 times on it , then go to settings> additional settings> developer options> window animation scale / transition animation / animator duration ) turn these off.
- charge phone either in airplane mode or power off to charge it quickly
