Actualizacion, he instalado TWRP chino y conseguido recuperar el EFS, parece que se me instala esta rom:
https://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=1336096 pero al reiniciar al sistema me vuelve a abrir el TWRP, tambien he quitado el mensaje de la foto cargandole otro logo.
