First you have to flash a carrier firmware (not part of OXM), without the SIM card inserted in your phone. Then you have to flash back to ARC5 OXM, also without a SIM card insterted in your phone. Then activate your phone without a SIM card and after going through the setup wizard, then you can put your SIM back in.
Even then, there's no guarantee that the CSC changes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
El compañero expone que hay que instalar una versión firmware de operador, sin tarjeta sim. (osea en vez de PHE, ATL o AMO... dependiendo de tu operadora). Luego instalar la versión OXM, tambien sin tarjeta SIM.
Cuando el móvil arranque, pasar la configuración tambien sin tarjeta y una vez terminado, insertar la tarjeta SIM.
Aunque también dice que no es fijo que funcione.
Otro compañero le responde que le ha funcionado, pero sin instalar posteriormente la version OXM
