Si vienes de la ultima open beta ya tienes el ultimo firmware. No tienes que flashear firmaware.
Para cambiar de rom siempre tienes que hacer full wipe. Por eso el bootloop.
Instala twrp
Inicia en twrp.
Full wipe= sistem data cache y dalvik cache
Flashea rom gaps y magisk si quieres root
Wipe cache y dalvik cache
Reinicia
