Reverted back to 100Hz timer (less scheduler overhead and power consumption)

Introduced cmdline hacks for SafetyNet (now kernel passes cts test and reports proper status even without Magisk)

r8 will not be available for custom ROMs since most of the changes here are stock-specific.
And I strongly recommend you to restore the stock system.img since we are using stock wlan module now.
