No necesitas hacer el update desde el recovery
En tu caso primero debes pasar el rebrand con el teléfono 3n fastboot y seleccionar
ALP-L29
Y después poner la región C636
Y al final ejecuta el ota.bat para empezar con la actualización... Y de ahí cuando te metas al recovery hazlo presionando el botón volumen más y power sin dejarlo presionado y debe salir el recovery sin la leyenda del update y conectarte al WiFi
Así te dejará actualizar o colocar el nuevo firmware al teléfono así.. Me paso al inicio es molesto pero hay que tener paciencia para el rebrand
El probelma es que no me deja hacerlo, lo intento y :
