Yo abrí disputa en PayPal y he intercambiado algunos mensajes con ellos, incidiendo en si de verdad han hecho el envío. El último mensaje me acaba de llegar y dice así:
"Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to express our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.
We have indeed shipped out the parcel.
We are checking your order with the shipping company, please kindly wait for 5-7 business days for the result.
Please rest assured that we will offer you the right solution once we have further information.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards".
