1. Phone manager -> Power saving management->App protection->Disable auto cleaning for WhatsApp
2. Settings -> Permission -> You have allowed x apps to auto launch->enable WhatsApp

Jobar kurgy, impresionante solucion para un problema que me tenia loco (debido a mi inexperiencia y al poco conocimiento sobre android.

La ultima respuesta (la 8) ya la habia puesto en practica algunas veces (ya que tengo el telefono desde Enero pasado) y ahora tambien (pero no he obtenido ningun resultado), en fin veremos si aplicando tus soluciones consigo enderezarlo.

Una ultima cosa, despues de configurar como me recomiendas seria interesante reiniciar para que coja bien todas las modificaciones que sugieres?.
