yo tambien lo compre el día 8 y mi pedido sigue en "processing". Ayer abri un ticket y esto es lo que me han contestado:

Please send us the webpage link of the item you wish to exchange too and inform us of the size and color of item that you want.
If there is any price difference, we will either refund you to your original payment account or kindly ask you to cover the difference.

While we strive to provide the most accurate and timely information, availability may change between the time you add an item to your cart and the time we receive your order.
