Fixed Ringtone issue experience in HD V1.9b.
• Some minor ROM fixes and adjustments.
• Updated Windows Live Application.The new manila might be causing issues for others who depend on installing 3rd party apps/hacks etc but I can only fix what I USE for myself which doesn't allow too much 3rd party app. There is also some stuff others might experience but remember this wasn't meant for HD and I ported and fixed as much as possibly can.

• Please Hard Reset after Flashing Rom this will make your device performs better.
