Yo ayer llamé a PayPal para poner la reclamación. Esta mañana han contestado los de gearbest a la reclamación de PayPal con este mensaje:

We will update you when we have the results of their investigation. Usually, it will take between 5-7 business days to get an answer from them. We kindly ask that you remain patient during this time.
